The role of an Account Manager is pivotal in maintaining and growing a portfolio of relationships with brokers and aggregators.
A highly skilled and experienced professional will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, devising sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and grow a portfolio of broker and aggregator relationships.
- Identify new opportunities and develop sales strategies to enhance portfolio growth.
- Prepare quotes and manage the end-to-end tender response process.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve customer experience.
- Resolve customer issues related to pricing, credit, and settlement, escalating complex matters as needed.
- Degree-qualified in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience working as an Account Manager, Relationship Manager, or Business Development Manager in the commercial asset finance sector.
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships with brokers and aggregators in the Australian market.
- Strong understanding of operating leases and rental finance, with a solid background in both sales and credit management.
- Motivated and adaptable relationship manager who delivers exceptional customer service.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team and operate independently.
- Skilled at using analytical thinking to solve business challenges and drive positive outcomes.
