Job Description

As a senior operations leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's strategic vision and operational excellence. This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as we embark on a period of significant growth, expanding from 450 to 800 staff over the next 3-5 years.

This leadership position requires an experienced and results-driven individual who can contribute to company growth and profitability through strategic initiatives and efficiency enhancements. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing our leaders across the group to drive high-quality outcomes and employer of choice status.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team to set and drive the overall organisational vision and strategy
  • Contributing to company growth and profitability through strategic initiatives, efficiencies and other strategies
  • Developing our leaders across the group to drive high-quality outcomes and employer of choice status
  • Translating strategy into actionable steps and measurable outcomes, then ensuring the company delivers on these actions and meets agreed goals/objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking someone with:

  • Extensive leadership experience (at least five years in senior leadership roles within organisations of similar scale and complexity)
  • Inspirational leadership (proven ability to lead with integrity, resilience, and a clear sense of purpose)
  • Regulatory expertise (experience navigating highly regulated industries with strong compliance requirements)
  • Team leadership excellence (track record of building, developing, and empowering high-performance teams)
