About the Role

We are seeking a strategic Business Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence across regional maintenance services for over 18,000 public housing dwellings.

Job Description

This permanent full-time role plays a pivotal part in our organisation and involves:

  • Identifying performance metrics from various sources to provide high-level insights aligned with contract objectives.
  • Driving contract-wide performance improvement and change agenda.
  • Developing and enhancing reporting mechanisms and dashboards to communicate performance to key stakeholders.
  • Improving system functionality, streamlining processes, and enhancing data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Implementing improvements based on best practices and industry standards.
About You

You will be a proactive and analytical leader who thrives in a dynamic environment. To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in business performance analysis, contract management, project delivery, and change management.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in interpreting metrics to drive performance improvements.
  • Experience in change management methodologies and supporting adoption.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
