Performance Improvement Expert

Our organisation seeks a strategic and data-driven leader to lead a team of analysts focused on enhancing operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse performance data to uncover root causes and improvement opportunities and develop insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop tools to monitor performance, manage operational risk, and support continuous improvement.
  • Conduct reviews of historical and current operational performance to identify long-term trends, and set best-practice performance targets to drive consistency and accountability across the business.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an operational environment (aviation and/or performance improvement experience highly regarded)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex and incomplete data sets
    • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and influence business outcomes
    • Experience in change management and implementing operational improvements in partnership with stakeholders
    • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation
    • Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teams
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture and connect insights across business units
