Strategic Leadership Opportunity

This role offers a pivotal leadership position within our organisation, overseeing the planning, design, construction and maintenance of our assets including roads, community facilities, parks and streetscapes.

As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects and service delivery meet good governance, financial and risk management requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver outcomes that align with our community aspirations.
  • Work within our Strategic Community Plan, Corporate Business Plan and Business Area Plans to ensure alignment with long-term objectives.
  • Oversight of technical and operational leadership, governance, financial oversight and risk management.
  • Stakeholder collaboration and engagement to secure funding, influence policy and drive positive outcomes.
Requirements

We seek a proven strategic leader with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related discipline (desired).
  • Proven experience in leading large multi-disciplined teams.
  • Strong governance, financial acumen and strategic risk management skills.
