The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gaming Product and Compliance Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our gaming operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal gaming regulations, while also overseeing the day-to-day gaming performance and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage gaming-related compliance matters, including investigation of incidents and government enquiries.
- Provide advice and support for all gaming-related enquiries across the group.
- Manage and maintain self-exclusion obligations.
- Oversee and manage daily reconciliations, including analysis of any variances.
- Provide recommendations for the purchase and introduction of new products, including conversion plans.
- Prepare monthly cash flow reports.
- Ensure compliance with all gaming-related legislation, including the Gaming Machine Act 2010 and the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (AML/CTF Act).
- Provide recommendations to mitigate business risks and increase business efficiencies.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure relevant records are kept in accordance with club and legislated requirements.
- Support the Gaming Administration team as required.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role within the industry.
- Experience using Aristocrat System 7000 is highly desirable.
- Effective problem-solving, process improvement, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of NSW Liquor and Gaming and Club industry-related legislation.
- Technologically savvy – intermediate Microsoft application skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
- High level of professionalism with sensitivity to confidential issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Must hold a current NSW Liquor and Gaming RSA and RCG competency card.
