The leader of the community care team will be responsible for new staff induction processes and ensuring they remain up-to-date. They will promptly investigate incidents, hazards, and feedback, taking appropriate actions.

Active participation in quality improvement processes and staying updated on industry trends are crucial for success. The role requires defining business targets aligned with strategic objectives.

On-call duties, audits, and quality spot checks may also be required.
