We are seeking a seasoned Technical Support Team Lead to oversee the work of their technical team and drive delivery of unsurpassed support and service.
This is a mid-senior level full-time Information Technology role responsible for effectively managing, coaching, and developing the Support Team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to communicate complex issues with all audiences, and have experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the waste management industry.
Responsibilities- Oversee the work of the technical team
- Manage, coach, and develop the Support Team
- Drive delivery of key support metrics, best practices, knowledge-based content, and methodologies
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE THEIR NEEDS ARE MET AND EXCEEDED
- Delegating work and assignments to team members
- Ensure cases are managed at a high level of quality, meeting Service Level Agreements
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Process optimization in coordination with other departments
- Degree in business or IT-related discipline
