A dynamic IT professional is required to lead a technical team and oversee service delivery. A strong leader with excellent communication skills, the successful candidate will manage schedules and workload for a team of technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of technical requests and tasks, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage service requests, including approvals and prioritisation.
  • Manage time effectively while setting the direction of the team through modelling and leadership.
  • Support Project Engineers with scheduling and communicating plans with customers.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and capabilities.
  • Act as the point of escalation for service desk issues, providing proactive communication with clients and support when needed.
  • Provide recommendations to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least two years of experience in a similar technical team lead support role.
  • Ability to work under pressure while remaining focused.
  • Strong knowledge of ticketing systems would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
  • Understanding of the customer - when to listen and when to inform.
