Sales Development Representative

At Dynatrace, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our go-to-market team, you'll play a critical role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for building revenue pipelines by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers. You'll conduct proactive research on accounts using various tools and develop a deep understanding of their business and technology challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers
- Conduct proactive research on accounts using Google, LinkedIn, Lusha, and other tools
- Profile assigned accounts by developing an understanding of their business and technology challenges
- Drive outbound 'named account' prospecting to generate new logo business opportunities
- Educate prospective customers on the value of Dynatrace enterprise solutions and qualify opportunities with business potential
- Support prospect and community awareness and education of Dynatrace solutions and trends across social media channels
- Follow up on inbound enquiries and leads generated through our marketing campaigns and provide feedback to marketing on the quality of these leads and prospects
- Perform analysis on CRM (Salesforce) to track activities, attend weekly territory forecast meetings, and update the team on progress of identified activities
Requirements:
- A passion for technology and software sales, 1-2 years of customer-facing experience is required
- University degree, College Diploma, or equivalent experience
- Experience using a CRM (Salesforce)
- High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work both individually and in a collaborative team environment
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to effectively meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Collaborative and coachable mindset, with a willingness to continuously improve skills and impact

- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
