Take on a challenging role as a Communication Specialist in our Sydney clinic.

We are seeking an experienced Speech Therapist to join our team and provide comprehensive therapy services to clients of all ages.

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver effective therapy solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities
  • Develop tailored treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals
  • Provide expert therapy sessions to improve clients' communication and swallowing skills
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Offer education and support to clients and their families

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Speech Pathology or related field
  • Registration with the relevant professional association
  • Proven experience in assessing and treating communication and swallowing disorders
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
