Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to achieve their best
- Ensure smooth operations and efficient processes
- Provide guidance and support, addressing any challenges that arise
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to meet customer needs
- Create a nurturing and inclusive environment where all employees feel valued
- 3+ years of experience in disability services
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong computer, finance, and compliance skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about human rights and positive change
- Empathetic and understanding of diverse experiences
- Strong interpersonal skills; adept at working with customers and carers
- Qualified and Ready: A First Aid/CPR Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check
- You have a valid driver's license and an insured car to support people on their adventures
