Account Executive, PR & Strategic Communications Sydney, Full-time At Blue Chip Communication, we help financial services leaders shape reputations, manage issues and build brands.

We're looking for an Account Executive who wants to grow their career at the sharp end of business and markets.

This is a role for someone who is energised by financial services, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to help clients achieve tangible business outcomes.

What you'll do: Draft and pitch client stories to leading financial, business and trade media Build strong journalist and stakeholder relationships Contribute to creative campaign ideas and execution Prepare briefing notes, reports and client presentations Support senior team members on issues management and strategic projects What we're looking for: 1–2 years' PR/communications experience (agency or in-house), ideally with financial or professional services exposure Excellent writing, research and media relations skills Interest in markets, investing and financial storytelling Ability to prioritise, manage deadlines and think ahead A proactive team player with attention to detail What we offer: Structured career development, with personalised development plan, hands-on coaching and dedicated training budget Team-focused remuneration, monthly 'team member of the month' rewards and anniversary bonuses Quarterly team offsites, to have input into our business strategy and your work experience Birthday day off, a Christmas shut-down period & flexible working location (3 days / week in CBD office) Regular team social events, including quarterly socials, EOFY and team milestone celebrations Outstanding person of the month award, team lunches and drinks Only applicants via our website will be considered for the role.
