Community Engagement Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Community Engagement Specialist to join our team and help us transform the way people are hired.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive meaningful impact on the job market by developing and executing always-on programs that grow and engage our candidate community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for launching and managing ambassador programs, product-champion initiatives, and other community-building activities.

Key responsibilities include connecting and celebrating people hired via our platform, delighting VIP hiring-managers with curated experiences, and building relationships through consistent communication and case studies.

The ideal candidate will possess 1–4+ years of experience in community management, campus/programs, or partnerships, with a natural ability to connect with others and run events. Strong writing skills, calendar management, and stakeholder communication skills are also essential.

Candidates should be comfortable making decisions with data and turning insights into experiments. A passion for empowering others and equitable access to great jobs is also crucial.

We are looking for someone who can network across Australian universities or student/professional organisations and has exposure to hiring/talent products or communities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience managing ambassador/creator programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Natural event-runner, comfortable hosting small VIP dinners and large campus workshops.
  • Crisp writing skills and ability to resonate on various platforms.
