About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive, professional, and highly organised Executive Assistant to oversee smooth daily diary, inbox, and travel management for the CEO and Chairman who takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. As the Executive Assistant, you will provide exceptional support across a wide variety of tasks. If you have extensive experience working in a fast-paced, challenging role, please read on.

Job Description:

  • Manage executive schedule, organise meetings, boardrooms, and catering. Attend meetings, take minutes, and handle confidential correspondence.
  • Streamline company procedures and prioritise tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Balance competing demands from various stakeholders while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Maintain office systems, handle data, manage incoming communications, and oversee office needs, including meeting room assignments and event coordination.
  • Organise domestic and international travel arrangements for the Chairman and other executives.
  • Work closely with the Chairman's wife's Executive Assistant, pilot, and house staff to ensure seamless operation.
  • Plan company retreats, conferences, and liaise with property developers and agents for office and residential needs.
  • Consolidate credit card expenses and assist with personal appointments or purchases as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience providing exceptional support to high-profile business executives
  • Advanced skills in MS Suite
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Confidentiality, thoroughness, and accountability

About You:

What We Offer:

An estimated salary range of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits.
