Job Summary
This role focuses on the safety, stability and development of vulnerable children, young people and families in Yarra by providing comprehensive case work and brief intervention support.
As a member of the Integrated Family Services Team, you will undertake a range of case management interventions to families experiencing multiple complex needs and empower Yarra families to reach their potential.
Salary Information
The salary for this role is $78,448.84 - $90,891.22 per annum (pro rata) + Super, reflecting the Band 5 classification.
About the Role
You will work together with the Yarra Family Support Team to enhance family functioning and wellbeing, knowing that each of us plays an important role in ensuring Yarra families have every opportunity to thrive.
This is a permanent full-time position working 38 hours per week with flexibility, or a permanent part-time position working 22.8 hours per week.
