Country Road Sales Consultant in South Yarra

As a key member of our sales team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing an exceptional customer experience by offering great service, excellent product knowledge, and a seamless point of sale transaction.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest products and sharing your knowledge with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Contributing to the smooth operations of the store by effectively managing stock and loss prevention.
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring the store is presented in accordance with brand expectations.
  • Living and role-modeling the Country Road Group values, collaborating with your store team to drive results.
