Front Desk Representative Job Description

This role works a night schedule, typically 11pm - 7am, 2 nights a week. Shifts are fixed but not set yet, so we can work around your schedule.

As a Front Desk Representative, you will ensure seamless guest experiences during overnight shifts and create a warm atmosphere for guests. You will finalise audit and balancing of Hotel systems and accounts each night, maintaining safety and security of our guests.

  • Key skills include: auditing procedures experience, hotel property management system or previous hotel experience, excellent communication skills, bilingual or multilingual language skills advantageous, approved manager card (or ability to obtain), responsible service of alcohol certification, ability to work autonomously.

Located within walking distance to Kings Park, this hotel is IHG's first property outside of the city centre. The former 1902 Walsh Family residence sits at the front of the property as a destination restaurant, and two character-filled boardrooms occupy the space. All 101 guestrooms are undergoing refurbishment to bring them in line with Holiday Inn standards.
