Accurate financial transactions and exceptional guest service are at the core of our operations as we seek a skilled Night Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless execution of front office tasks and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
  • Guest Service Excellence: Deliver personalized service, making every guest feel valued and comfortable by providing efficient and friendly interactions, addressing any requests or concerns promptly.
  • Operational Management: Supervise and coordinate nightly operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and financial transactions, ensuring accurate handling of cash, lost and found, and guest confidentiality.
  • Financial Integrity: Perform nightly audits on the Property Management System (PMS), verifying payment details, billing, and special requests, accurately recording and breaking down room tariffs, packages, and payments.
  • Guest Experience: Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring positive resolutions and recording incidents for follow-up, maintaining smooth communication between shifts and departments.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with the Guest Services team, assigning tasks, conducting briefings, and upholding high standards of customer service, encouraging upselling and providing special treatment when required.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure secure storage of emergency and master keys, adhere to security procedures for cash handling and guest privacy, and report safety concerns or accidents promptly.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with periodic stocktakes, monitor expenses, track variances, and ensure proper equipment and supply use to minimize downtime or disruptions.

To be successful in this role, you will need prior experience in a hotel or customer service environment, strong skills in financial auditing, record-keeping, and attention to guest needs, leadership ability, guest-focused attitude, problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work overnight shifts and weekends as required.
