Office Support Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our expanding team in Adelaide, tasked with handling daily operations and coordinating various activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders via phone, email or in person
  • Provide administrative support including reception duties, scheduling projects and arranging travel
  • Maintain databases on project management tools and the office environment, ensuring seamless integration and up-to-date information
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in scheduling, preferably from a similar industry or field, along with strong computer literacy
  • Proven proficiency in using ASANA project management tool, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and software
