Job Title:

Drive Growth as a Commercial Leader

We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to spearhead growth initiatives, foster key relationships, and unlock new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of generating leads, nurturing them, and transitioning them to our product development team for closure.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue across key markets.
  • Identifying and pursuing high-potential business opportunities, building strong connections with customers and industry partners.
  • Nurturing existing accounts, ensuring exceptional service and alignment with client needs.
  • Overseeing marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and product promotions to maximise market presence.
  • Collaborating closely with the R&D and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions for customers.
  • Reporting on performance metrics, market trends, and pipeline development to the executive team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to generate and convert leads.
  • Exceptional relationship management and account development expertise.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • High energy, results-driven, and able to work collaboratively across teams.
