As an Account Manager based in Victoria, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional results.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales across Department Stores & Speciality Retailer accounts, building strong customer relationships and optimising sales opportunities.
  • Lead by example, coaching and guiding Counter Managers and Beauty Advisors to achieve outstanding results.
  • Develop account business plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, budgets, and business goals.
  • Coordinate the implementation of sales and promotional plans, presenting seasonally with key retailers.
  • Present brand strategies seasonally.
  • Liaise with Counter Managers and beauty consultants to promote effective sales and promotional plan execution.
  • Support recruitment and development of Beauty Advisors.
  • Analyse sales performance and promotional effectiveness of assigned accounts.
  • Gather business intelligence, monitoring competitor activity and reporting on developments to National Field Sales Manager.

About You:

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Territory Manager, preferably with leadership experience within the Beauty industry. Your skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong retail knowledge and understanding of consumer marketing and sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Dynamic sales personality with an entrepreneurial spirit, driven by results, and strong interpersonal communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel within the region and territory as required, possessing a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required from time to time in line with retail industry needs.
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office, including Excel skills at an intermediate level.

  • Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
