Resident Wellbeing Coordinator Opportunity

As a Resident Wellbeing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating and delivering engaging lifestyle programs for residents. This is an opportunity to lead our Wellbeing team and develop meaningful activities that cater to diverse resident needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate IV in Leisure & Health
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Lifestyle Coordinator (Resident Wellbeing) in aged care
  • Ability to be creative, compassionate, and supportive in programme development
  • Effective leadership and mentoring skills to deliver successful lifestyle activities
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to new technology and systems
