Lifestyle Enrichment Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering lifestyle programs that enhance quality of life and promote resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Program Development: Create and design a diverse range of lifestyle activities tailored to the residents' interests, abilities, and preferences.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct Lifestyle Assessments to ensure needs-based programming is occurring, and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Implementation and Coordination: Oversee the execution of planned activities and events, ensuring they are well-organized, safe, and inclusive.
  • Volunteer Engagement: Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers who can assist with activities and events.

We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for delivering exceptional care. A Certificate IV in Leisure & Health or equivalent qualification is highly regarded.
