About the Position:

Churches of Christ Queensland are currently seeking a Lifestyle Team Leader to lead a team of lifestyle therapists in an Essendon residential aged care home.

As a trusted partner, you will design and implement activities to enhance residents' lives, building meaningful relationships with residents and staff alike, while contributing to a positive care environment.

About You:

  • You are a compassionate and skilled lifestyle therapist with a proactive mindset and passion for improving older Australians' lives.
  • You hold a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health and a minimum three years' experience in leisure and health programs.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office software.
