Property Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Property Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Property Commercial and Tourist Assets Team, you will play a crucial role in the administration of a property portfolio, including leasing and licensing, lease administration, rent reviews, and property management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administration of a property portfolio, including leasing and licensing, lease administration, rent reviews, and property management.
  • Management of associated property-related projects, including public notification and report writing.
  • Provision of high-level customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attending to other lease and property matters with a focus on maximizing returns and minimizing risk in line with Council's objectives and policies.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong background in property management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also have a proven track record of providing high-quality customer service and managing competing priorities.
