Accounting Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio/Property Accountant to join our Property Management Accounting team for a strategic client portfolio.

  • Provide timely and accurate management accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure accurate reporting for properties including balance sheet, profit and loss analysis and variance commentaries.
  • Review and analyze property performance.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for internal and external customers of allocated portfolios.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Handle incoming queries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist clients with scheduled audits.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • CPA/CA qualification or studying towards it.
  • Previous experience in property accounting – commercial or industrial.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Superior communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and flexible approach to work.
