HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Fortitude Valley. As a key member of our HR department, you will partner with leaders across the business to enhance employee experience and support managers to lead their people well.
About the Role- Provide expert advice and support on employment relations workforce matters, options, and best practice solutions that align with policies, procedures, relevant legislation, and industrial instruments.
- Lead workplace investigations, performance improvement, and disciplinary processes.
- Partner with Group Managers to develop and implement significant workplace changes.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development lead to design and deliver training programs.
- Support the Chief People Officer with projects and operational matters, including Enterprise Bargaining Agreements development and negotiations.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to develop talent strategies and ongoing talent acquisition project work.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and prepare remuneration recommendations for senior management.
- Develop and review HR policies and procedures.
- At least 2-3 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a medium-to-large organisation.
- Degree qualifications in Human Resource Management or related field.
- A comprehensive working knowledge of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and other employment-related legislative and regulatory obligations.
- Ability to interpret and apply acts, Enterprise Agreements, awards, and other industrial instruments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influence skills at all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to support a culture of continuous improvement.
- A competitive salary package, estimated around $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
