About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer - Rostering and HR to join our team at Apollo Care Alliance. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for coordinating the roster for staff, monitoring staff availability and attendance, and ensuring rosters for all employees are accurate and filled.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the roster for staff, ensuring accurate and timely scheduling
  • Monitor staff availability and attendance, including coordination of shift replacements for scheduled and unscheduled leave
  • Manage employee records and liaise with HR management
  • Perform general administration duties, including data entry, collation, and reports preparation, records management, reception, and filing
  • Support and assist the HR department and recruitment functions
  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in rostering and HR administration
  • Proficiency in rostering software such as Humanforce or similar, along with a good skill level in MS Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration with team members and stakeholders
  • A positive and can-do attitude, with a commitment to contributing to our vibrant team culture
  • NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
