Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and organized individual to provide administrative support to the principal and other members of the campus leadership team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support with regards to appointments and calendar management
  • Coordinate and cater for meetings
  • Supervise a team of administration staff and first aid officers
  • Provide pastoral care to administrative staff members
  • Assist with problem-solving related to administration challenges
  • Support general office duties as needed
  • Provide hospitality, logistics and support for guests and visitors to the school
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated commitment to the school's Statement of Faith
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • High standard of keyboard skills and computer literacy, including MS Word, MS Excel and Adobe InDesign
