About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality professional to lead our restaurant operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences for our residents. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will coach your team to uphold the highest service standards.

This position requires strong business acumen, hospitality expertise, and excellent communication skills to develop and maintain menus, build relationships with residents, coordinate events, and ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Coordinate events, functions, and special occasions, providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Qualification in Business, Hospitality, or Restaurant Management.
  • Proven experience in successfully managing hospitality businesses, preferably in the retirement village sector.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
