Ladybird Restaurant & Bar is fast becoming one of the Gold Coast most popular dining venues overlooking the Broadwater at Main Beach. We are seeking skilled section wait staff to work with a highly experienced management team focused on staff culture, training and flexible rosters to suit work/life balance. Manage your shift like your own business with runner assigned to you.

Our restaurant is a premium waterside venue, 7-day am/pm (180 seat) operation offering a contemporary Asian/European menu, sleek cocktail bar, international wine list and a team of global, dedicated hospitality staff. The venue has built a regular clientelle but also attracts interstate guests due to the popular location.

What you will bring to the table:

- 3 years or more of industry experience as a waiter
- Section waiter that can control, sell and entertain 20+ guests at one time.
- Intermediate wine knowledge
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
- Charisma, humour and energetic attitude to the role
- Your own vehicle or live nearby
- Ability to work at least weekends (with occasional weekend shift off)
- Can train junior staff
- Advanced English language
