Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring each guest has a positive and unforgettable experience.

  • Responsible for managing staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Supports the Restaurant Manager in strategic planning and decision making.
  • Ensures high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety are maintained.
  • Provides excellent customer service and handles any customer complaints or feedback.
  • Assists with financial management tasks such as cash handling and reporting.
  • Led by strong leadership skills, develops and mentors the front-of-house team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven work experience in a high volume setting as a Supervisor or Manager of a restaurant.
  • Great customer service skills and the temperament to match.
  • Ability to work with, mentor and develop a large team.
  • Comfortable setting priorities and assigning tasks as required.
  • Strong communication skills, a magnetic personality, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
