**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Resolve technical problems and deliver top-notch support to healthcare professionals.
  • Manage support tickets and troubleshoot hardware and software across multiple sites.
  • Provide training on digital tools like Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
  • Support relocation projects, upgrades, and operational initiatives.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call roster.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven knowledge of computer functions and advanced computer operation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex computer issues.
  • Experience in end-user support, including PCs, peripherals, printers, videoconferencing, and audio-visual devices.
