Technical Support Specialist
Your Challenge:We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional service to customers through collaborative efforts with the wider organisation, including corrective & preventative maintenance, commissioning & installation of equipment, and software & hardware upgrades.
- Actively participate in the sales process and provide expert technical support throughout the entire life cycle of customer relationships.
- Manage and support technical escalations through to resolution, ensuring stakeholders are updated on progress according to company process.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge through continual training and development, keeping up-to-date with new technologies relevant to your area of focus.
- Previous experience in customer-facing service engineering roles.
- Familiarity with medical equipment is desirable but not essential, candidates from various industries are welcome.
- A degree-level education or equivalent experience in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or experience in a related field is required.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
- A full driver's license and Australian working rights are required.
