Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Personal Care Worker to provide care to clients living in their own homes.

As a Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily living assistance, including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing.

You will also be required to spend time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes to support daily activities.

Additionally, you will be expected to provide care in accordance with individualised care plans and support community-based recreational and social activities.

You will also provide transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III Aged Care or Individual Support qualification
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum)
  • Roadworthy & insured vehicle to use for work
  • Experience with technology, including smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.
  • Confidence to satisfy relevant probity checks
