Compassionate Care Assistant

Seeking an experienced and compassionate AIN to provide high-quality patient care in the Brisbane area. This challenging role involves delivering palliative and community-based care to patients, with a focus on assisting daily living activities, administering medication and wound care, and developing individualized care plans.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a rewarding career in private home care, working independently or as part of a team. We require flexibility with days and hours, including 24-hour shifts, with full-time availability preferred.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Care:
- Providing palliative care and assisting with daily living activities
- Administering medication and wound care
- Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Community Support
- Current police clearance
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility with days and hours, including 24-hour shifts
- Full-time availability preferred
