Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective interview scheduling processes.
  • Manage job postings and ensure accurate people insights.
  • Coordinate training modules and platform access to support employee growth.
  • Run reporting, expenses and team admin tasks efficiently.
  • Support team events with setup, catering and planning.
  • Handle general office admin and operations to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Assist in sharing company culture through internal communications.
  • Own and maintain systems, templates and processes for People operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate candidate and employee experiences.

  • Proficient in using technology platforms like Workday, Jira and Udemy.
