Job Title: Strategic Talent Partner

This role is a key position within the organization, working closely with various disciplines to deliver high-quality results.

  • The Strategic Talent Partner will work closely with stakeholders to deliver best practice services and advice in a range of people leadership matters.
  • The Partner will be a trusted advisor, using their expertise to recommend tailored approaches to address people management issues.
  • They will also serve as a coach mentor to managers and supervisors within the organization.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of cases and make a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver high quality and timely human resources initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Coach and mentor managers and supervisors within the organization.
  • Provide authoritative and consistent advice, recommendations and solutions based on sound evidence and professional judgement.
Requirements
  • Tertiary level qualifications in Human Resource Management, Commerce/Business, or Psychology, or equivalent work experience in human resources management.
  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with stakeholders and coaching managers.
  • Highly developed communication and influencing skills.
