Job Summary:

The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department. This includes coordinating staff to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

In addition, the supervisor will work closely with management to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and employee engagement. They will also be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, managing budgets, and reporting any discrepancies or issues.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of related work experience, 1 year of supervisory experience, and a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. They will be responsible for leading by example, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and fostering a positive team culture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Monitoring inventory levels and managing supplies
  • Working closely with management to develop and implement business strategies
  • Leading by example and promoting a positive team culture

This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods of time. They will also move objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance, grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, and perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
