**About Us**:
Maven by Morgan is a brand new all day dining establishment dedicated to curating incredible experiences. We are seeking a Beverage Manager who is eager to leave their mark on our beverage program by curating a diverse and innovative selection that complements our culinary vision.

**Position Overview**:
As our Beverage Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing an unparalleled beverage program. Overseeing everything beverage within the restaurant including coffee, juice, cocktail and wine, this role is perfect for someone with a passion for mixology, an understanding of market trends, and a creative flair. You will collaborate closely with the culinary team and Venue Manager to ensure seamless integration of beverages with our menu offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and curate an exceptional beverage menu that aligns with the restaurant's concept.
- Source and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality and diverse beverage selections.
- Providing unparalleled guest experiences
- Create innovative cocktails, mocktails, and other beverage offerings that showcase creativity and attention to detail.
- Train and educate staff on beverage knowledge, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairings.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
- Monitor industry trends to stay ahead and continuously enhance the beverage program.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation at the bar area.

**Requirements**:

- Have worked in similar management roles within restaurants.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee and beverages, including spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of management skills.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- A friendly, positive and energetic personality with an ability to build rapport easily.

**Salary**: From $52,739.21 per year

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
