Lead Beverage Service Manager Opportunity

As a Lead Beverage Service Manager at our restaurant, you will be part of a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our restaurant offers a unique blend of Asian Street food in a warm and inviting environment.

 

The successful candidate will have previous bar management experience, with a strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beer. They will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of bar operations, making and preparing beverages to a high-quality standard, and controlling financial aspects relevant to the bar operation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Bar Operations Management:

• Assist in the overall management of the bar area, ensuring seamless delivery of beverage services.

• Manage inventory levels, ordering stock as required, to maintain optimal levels.

• Implement efficient systems for stock rotation and waste management.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines.

 

Team Leadership:

• Provide guidance and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and collaboration.

• Develop and implement training programs to upskill staff in beverage service.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

 

Customer Experience:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and concerns.

• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of customer experiences.

• Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
