We are seeking talented professionals to join our team as a Change Delivery Specialist. Our Change Management Practice was established to complement our Program Delivery and Consulting services.

Your New Role

As a Change Delivery Specialist, you will work directly with clients across all areas of change management to deliver high-quality outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking briefs from clients and providing direction about Change Management services
  • Analysing a client's business, operations, and structure to understand where there is a potential impact from change
  • Meeting and presenting to stakeholders including preparing business documents and slides
  • Proposing tactics to manage organisational changes for a project in a way that leads to the desired outcomes
  • Executing on plans, scheduling, reporting on progress, raising risks and issues, maintaining effective relationships, and being a supportive team member
  • Applying Project Management principles as well as Agile, Waterfall, and blended methods
  • Providing the needed level of support to recipients of change as well as business leaders during and after the project

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring professional experience in consulting and/or knowledge of project delivery and the end-to-end delivery of organisational change. You should have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Change Management roles
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher (often in Psychology and Organisational Psychology, Communications/Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied/Behavioural Science or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

You will also possess essential attributes for managing change at this level, including resilience, an inquisitive nature, empathy, problem analysis and solving, influencing and negotiating.
