This senior-level opportunity is ideal for a highly experienced change management professional.

As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving significant change across complex infrastructure and cybersecurity projects and programs.

Our organization requires an individual with advanced experience in leading and mentoring teams of experienced change managers to effectively drive change.

The successful candidate will have expertise in leveraging best practice change management standards, frameworks, and methodologies to establish the change management practice structure.

Additionally, they will possess strong knowledge of change management frameworks, including ADKAR, and certifications in Prosci and Prince 2.

They will also be skilled in developing bespoke change management strategies, plans, tools, and technologies, as well as building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
