Senior Business Change Professional

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Change Professional to support a critical cybersecurity uplift program. The successful candidate will work closely with an established Change Manager to deliver business change across a ServiceNow transformation stream.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and manage change impacts to ensure minimal business disruption
- Design and deliver tailored training content
- Support communications, stakeholder engagement, and readiness planning
- Manage and analyse data to support change planning and reporting
- Adapt to an agile delivery environment and align change activities to evolving milestones
- Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow or ERP-related business change
- Strong data management and Excel skills – pivot tables, vlookups, etc.
- A proactive and flexible mindset – comfortable working in fast-paced, agile teams
- Confidence working with delivery teams to meet tight timelines
- Daily Rate Contract
- 6 months initially – potential for a further 6-month extension
- Melbourne-based (very flexible work arrangements)
This is an excellent opportunity for a capable Change Analyst looking to gain experience in a high-impact technology project within the Financial Services sector.
