About the Role

We are currently driving a key billing automation initiative and seeking an experienced professional to lead the people and culture aspects of this complex project.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced contract role running until approximately two years from now. With a tight delivery timeline and limited contingency, we are looking for someone who can confidently navigate ambiguity, anticipate risks, and deliver results at pace.

Rebuilding stakeholder confidence will be critical to the success of this project. A previous implementation created challenges in accuracy and trust.

  • Implement and embed an endorsed change management strategy for the Billing Automation project
  • Partner with project leads and operational leaders to drive alignment and delivery
  • Conduct detailed impact assessments and change readiness evaluations
  • Develop and execute targeted communications, engagement, and training programs
  • Monitor progress and use feedback and insights to iterate and improve
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end change strategies, embedding new ways of working, processes, and systems across multiple sites.

They will work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology, and our national network of villages, rebuilding trust and delivering measurable benefits.
