Design Engineer Job

This role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative stormwater solutions.

The ideal candidate will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet regulatory requirements.

The position involves collaborating with engineers, surveyors, contractors, and government agencies on engineering and construction issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop stormwater quality designs for products and services.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering and construction projects.

  • Represent the company professionally at events, conferences, and client sites.

  • Maintain close relationships with the Engineering Manager and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in drafting software such as AutoCAD.

Work Environment:

The role is based in Sydney office although travel to client sites may be required.

After successful completion of probation period, we encourage flexible working environment allowing staff to work from home part-time.
