**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Coordinator to lead our Engineering Design team in delivering high-quality stormwater and civil design services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and coordination of major infrastructure projects.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth and development of our city. As a Senior Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that all projects meet our quality, budget, and time requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing engineering design team
  • Oversee the preparation and authorisation of civil stormwater designs
  • Manage the design program budget and forecasting
  • Prepare strategic plans, technical reports, and policy documents
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering with Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and NER registration. They will also have minimum 8 years' post-qualification experience in stormwater design and cost estimation.

In addition, the candidate will have high-level proficiency in AutoCAD, 12D, DRAINS, HEC-RAS, XP-RAFTS, TUFLOW, and MUSIC.
