Operational Excellence Leader

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our operational strategy and execution for critical platforms. As a pivotal member of our team, you will shape the operational landscape, influence foundational practices, drive efficiency, and ensure reliability and scalability.
The ideal candidate will have experience in working with cloud infrastructure platform teams, a strong understanding of SRE principles, and the ability to define and execute operational strategies. They will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a solid understanding of modern software development practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing key business strategy, planning, and operating activities.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to align and execute on commercial or technical outcomes.
- Driving execution and continual improvement of operational rituals, cadence, and activities.
- Facilitating divisions to effectively prioritize, measure, report, and act on key metrics.
Requirements include the ability to influence and collaborate effectively, a strong understanding of modern software development practices, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
