We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Workplace Wellbeing Consultant. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving workplace health and wellbeing by delivering holistic, evidence-based health advice and therapy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance capability, performance, wellbeing, and safety.
  • Lead risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and drive positive change.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to support personal and professional growth.
  • Administer and interpret psychometric assessments and facilitate assessment centres.
  • MEDIATE conflict resolution and team realignments.
  • Support career transitions with empathy and expertise.
  • Engage with clients to deliver high-impact services and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Conduct project scoping and proposal development to align with client objectives.
About You
  • AHPRA Registration as a Psychologist
  • Masters in Industrial and Organisational Psychology or Business Psychology (desired)
  • Valid Driver's Licence and Own Vehicle
  • Availability to travel with opportunities for remote site work and competitive profit share bonus for overnight travel
  • Endorsement in Organisational Psychology or working towards it (desired)
  • Psi or other psychometric assessment accreditation (desired)
  • Conflict Resolution Training or Accreditation, or willingness to obtain
